We profile each buyer delegate’s procurement priorities before we confirm their place at the event, detailing the quality, price, volume and frequency that they require different F&B products in.

This information is then used to identify and select 75-100 regional and international F&B suppliers who fit these requirements, who are also interviewed to identify their existing client bases, market access and general capabilities. These will include F&B producers, manufacturers, importers, distributors and agents.

In short, we only admit capable, high-quality suppliers to the event to meet motivated and pre-qualified buyers - absolutely no timewasters or junior staff are allowed.
